It's a permanent tax! No reduction after 10 years, etc. Just voted by Metro each year.

Pro

“These are wealthy businessmen, they know about long term investments, why wouldn't they support investing in the Portland region?”

Never mentions about MAX service line, but instead about new jobs, the other items that were inversely-pork-barreled into it.
