Clothing

Note: These are my preferences and reasons

Pants

Low-rise but relaxed/loose fit (large butt and thighs). Even then a lot of brands are tight for me.

No comfort waistband (elastic waistband)

They actually stretch out over time.

Miles: That's like 11-ounce, and there's a lot of starch in it. You'll wear that, and at first, it'll feel really stiff. Two days later, it'll be soft and buttery. It keeps its shape—if you get the fit right, it's really flattering and flattening. It's not going to stretch out, it's not going to give you a bad shape. It kind of smooths everything out.

Danica: So what should it feel like the first time you put it on? Like, when you're trying jeans on in a fitting room, I think women expect a lot of comfort.

Miles: Tight. They should feel tight. Just keep in mind they'll probably ease off about an inch or inch and a half.

Danica: Over time?

Miles: They'll feel like they're squeezing your butt—they may be tight across your hips, or tight across your stomach. Just bear with it. If you're impatient, I suggest you just climb into the shower.

Arizona

Trying out a 33×32 as it fits well enough. Will hopefully stretch a little bit. If it works will order the Dark Rinse when it comes in stock. https://www.jcpenney.com/p/arizona-flex-relaxed-fit-straight-jeans/pp5006560674?pTmplType=regular&catId=cat100250010&deptId=dept20000014&urlState=/g/arizona-relaxed-fit-jeans-mens-jeans/N-bwo3yD1nopeiZ42Z1z0ph91&productGridView=medium&badge=fewleft

Wrangler

Decent!

Land's End

Can return them to Sears directly. Or pay $7 flat fee.

Pants were close but too tight.

V-nick Super Tees were way too wide.

Eddie Bauer

Free return shipping.

Calvin Klein

Had some good fitting cords from them, but don't want khaki's anymore and they don't have cords or jeans that are my shape.

Old Navy

Great source. Need to exchange the two pairs of medium gray 9“ inseam athletic shorts for the black pair I found in the store. Also exchange the Large 10” shorts for a medium, see if that's better.

Also need to exchange the lame green v-neck Large shirts for a large red one and maybe a different color in the store. Otherwise, should be good for the next few years.

Still need to find some professional and hip looking jeans/pants though. Maybe the Old navy ones will fit the bill. Hmm..

Pants

Need relaxed or loose fit pants. Football butt.

Levi's

Don't like 550's, as there's no color variation.

I like the “indigo black” and “stealth” colors though.

Active wear

T-shirts are fine (I have a ton of them), but need to have white/dark/black shorts as saturated sweat spots look bad on your butt. Shirts are kinda ok though.

Formalwear
