It feels like the Chaco bottom is resistant to pulling/breaking better than Z-Trek's 7mm of rubber. Broken 2 posts so far, although they've nicely replaced them for free.

A coworker has Luna Sandals, bought them at Pie Footwear on Alberta. Seems like they would wear out on the bottom, but I guess not!

• Potentially won't smell like the vibrams do! Water socks might be another option
• Who says that running without blisters is the “right” way to run?
• Open cover is fine.
  • Getting rocks and sticks in them: You learn to adjust your stride so it doesn't happen.
  • Cold: Once you start moving, the blood starts circulating and keeping it warm. Otherwise go with neoprene toe socks?
• Blister on the non strap style?? Indicates you're not running “correctly”.
