Highlights include:
Try to avoid eating fibrous foods, do a pre run poop, otherwise get some immodium and wait an hour.
Useful for sandals, but maybe my form/sandals are wrong. Athletic tape comes off with water, some people improve it with pre-bonder like Cramer Tuf-Skin or Mueller Tuffner.
Another alternative is Liquid Skin/Bandage, which I'm going to try.
Fun, but I will bike there next time. Can show up later, maybe even miss EXOS stretching. Then bike back to work.
